I know they aren't required but part time hours are sometimes variable and I just wanted to know if someone has been able to have his application approved without the request for pay stubs along with verification letter

Some sort of proof will be needed for variable hours. Paystubs can be replaced by T4.

I sure hope it's 457 tomorrow. If it is 458, then I suppose the silver lining will be that the points are still going down. But I'm praying for a 457. The one point drop last time was crushing.

If CIC conducts FST draw in Sept and leaves a 3-4 weeks gap again, then it may screw up the downward trend

They can release 3900 ITA in a future draw to recover the annual target, but the 3-4 weeks' damage (CRS Score) is much harder to recover.

Dammmmmm , Yea but there is a FST draw for sure in Sept/OCT.
Hopefully they increase Draws starting tomorrow,

In this scenario, what should be the answer of the question "when did the applicant first became qualified to practice the occupation?"

Will it be his joining date which is April or the date after one year when he started his job of points claiming?

Chances of 3 week gap are much more, 4 week gap is highly unlikely.

But truly said that damage will be very hard to recover, for ex, till date we have recovered only 14.93% of the damage done by last 4 week gap ( recovered by two 3600 ITA draws)

Employment requirements

• A bachelor's degree or college diploma in business administration, commerce or economics is usually required.
• Purchasing agents and officers purchasing specialized materials or business services may require a related university degree or college diploma. For example, a bachelor's degree or college diploma in engineering may be required for purchasers of industrial products.
• A certificate in purchasing from the Purchasing Management Association of Canada may be required.
• Previous experience as a purchasing clerk or as an administrative clerk may be required.
