Hi all
I am a pharmacist and I have been working in Dubai for six years.
I am trying for pr in Canada, as some told before my imigration consultancy misguided me to Wes, then they realized and corrected. Now I have Wes and pebc.
They created express entry profile for me already however my score is only 350, please tell me is there any chance to get invitations?
I only scored 6.5 in

Hi guys,

i only did my IELTS. I'm a bit lost, the WES says my pharmacy degree (Cairo University, Egypt) is equivalent to a 4 years bachelor's degree. One of the consultancy offices said i should select the professional degree and that's gonna push me about 50 points. If there's any pharmacist here who has started his application recently, can you kindly advise me on a reliable source of info that would be like a step by step guide?

thanks in advance
Hi,
could you please guide me how this was calculated for you as I am graduated from Cairo University and I have the same issue with WES ECA report, please guide me how this was calculated for you as I am confused whether to apply as bachelors or professional degree
Many thanks

Hello eveeyone,
I have one question regarding express entry; I did B.pharmacy in 2014. I have got done my ECA from PEBC that is Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada, not from WES as WES was considering my pharmacy degree as only Bachelors, but PEBC give ECA as professional degree. I got 30 points jump in the CRS score with PEBC,which makes me in competition for PR as per current cut-off. Now my work experience is from computer parts selling firm's manager but my ECA is specially from PEBC as immigration consular would also know that why i have opted the costly PEBC over WES
So, will they accept my work experience as manager from computers' parts selling firm along with my ECA from PEBC as pharmacy degree holder?

Dear,
PEBC IS MUST;HOWEVER, IF YOU ARE A MASTER DEGREE HOLDER THEN YOU SHOULD DO WES AS WELL. BECAUSE PEBC DOESN'T EVALUATE MASTERS IN PHARMACY.
NOW THE IMPORTANCE OF MASTER DEGREE BEING RECOGNIZED IS THAT IT CAN INCREASE YOUR CRC POINT FOR EXPRESSENTRY POOL.
Now, if you are just a garduate then don't go for Wes.

I have completed M.pharm in india and applying for PR. Therefore,i have done both WES AND PEBC. now my score is 465.

I hope the information was useful.
I am also mpharm but when creating a profile we will mention only wes and noc of pharmacist

No doing PEBC will not increase your CRS score.

Does your PEBC ECA report have "Professional degree mentioned in the equivalency"? or you chose professional degree in the Express Entry application ?
