Because someone told me that if i want to sponsor my husband is to change my status and let the ircc knows about it. Thats why im ask for it. Because if i renew my pr card it takes 2 months or more to receive a renewed pr card

Updating your status with CIC has nothing to do with your name. You update CIC that you are married, and if you choose to change your surname then you also let them know that. Your PR card doesn't have anything to do with applying for a spouse visa. You update CIC of your marital status, then apply for a spouse visa for your husband. Expect to wait 12 months for it to be approved.
I am getting married in 3 weeks but don't plan on changing my name. That doesn't make me any less married!

The only time that you update your status to CIC is when you file your sponsorship to CIC. There is a form in the application package, where you need to fill your current marital status, your spouse's name and etc, of cause, you need to submit all required evidences to show that your marriage is valid, your relationship is genuine and your sponsorship is not for the sole purpose to secure an immigration VISA.
Also, you do need to file an amendment to CRA to update your marital status to married for the Tax Return purpose. If you don't know how, please ask a tax consultant.
Some people on these forums disagreed but I believe that it's extremely difficult to get a visitor's visa if a couple is already married and the applicant is not from a visa exempt country. Failing to disclose the marriage on the visitor's visa application would seriously jeopardize any future PR application.
