What to do if GCMS notes show no activity since 6 months?

Hi,

I ordered my GCMS notes and noted that since about 6 months there weren't any notes by an Agent/Officer.
Does this mean that my application is just sitting in the pile and not being looked at?

What can I do to get them to provide an update or expedite the processing if it has crossed the usual timeframe of 6 months?

It seems that R10 and criminality has been completed. Eligibility not started. What does page no 2 or 3 says about the status of eligibility and security?
You can try to call their contact center. All I can say is hang in there man, its gonna come very soon!!

This is what it says on Page 2 -
Have tried calling IRCC contact center and the agent keep telling me that they're processing.
I just don't see any progress in notes since Jan 2019 keeping in mind that I received my GCMS notes in May 2019.

I have the same problem. My file hasn't been touched since September last year. I spoke with an agent this morning and she mentioned there is nothing I could do other than waiting. There is a due date on file for August 13th, 2019. Said on that date the agent will pick up my file again. There is no concern according to my gcms notes. I am not under SS as CSIS don't have any record of me. Its just a waiting game.

1. what is the order.. I dont understand. (1. it says REVIEW REQUIRED job in 2018 2. its says refers to job duties verified 3. again says REVIEW REQUIRED for CEC work 6 months of 1 year)

2. Why in the first section they say only 411 verified out of 451 (they have not mentioned my IELTS score points and indian degree(ECA) points- all docs were attach... GCMS says R10 OK)

But they have not considered my IELTS points and ECA points while calculating the CRS...... why do u think they would do that..

Also I have given they JOb letter attested by my company.... Paystubs.... and the NOC matches as per the notes... dont get it why they would have questions.....................

R10 is different from Eligibility and the review required raised by them is on your Canadian experience and not on IELTS, ECA or Indian work experience.

I have 2 different roles/experiences adding upto 1 year with the same company..(6 months in 2017 and 6 months in 2018).. I see what you mean by " otherwise it wouldn't had even reached 411" however in the notes where officer says "I have reviewed the below for the points..... they have not mentioned IELTS and indian Degree (ECA).....

I have 6 months experience as Client technology analyst and 6 months as production support anaylst... both with same company....

attached - paystubs from 2017 and 2018 and job letters and company attested work experience letter......

I have the 1 year experience thats required for CEC.......
