I wanted to ask that which Birth Certificate is required for Outland Spousal Sponsorship? Nadra Birth Certificate or the one issued from Union Council of the area where the person was born?

Nadra birth certificate, which is computerized but before obtain Nadra you need certificate from local Union Council in your area where the person was born.
