Can anyone help me by suggesting some sort of information as my visa got refused 2 time:
* 1st refusal was due my low IELTS score band, as I scored 5.5 in one one the modules.
After improving the IELTS band score I reapplied for another intake for same course but in another college but unfortunately I had to face another refusal and the reason is:
* VO is not satisfied that the applicant is a Bonafied intending studies..

i have completed b.com 2009, b.ed 2013 , m.ed in 2014 then 4 yrs of teaching experience.
IELTS:7.5; L8 R7 W6 S7
1st applied to red deer college alberta for the course Early Learning and Childhood Education. got refused due to ielts score as at that time I had scored 5.5 in Reading and applied under non-sds category.
2nd applied to NSCC, Nova Scotia for the same course 2 year diploma but unfortunately got refused for the rreason that VO is not satisfied that the applicant is a bonafied intending studies.

Your choice of program must make sense based on your previous education and work experience. As others have commented you are applying for a degree that is less advanced than your 3 other degrees plus you already have teaching experience. Something like a PhD would be more appropriate.

thank you
if you cant help with me an suggestion then atleast dont hurt anyone with such harsh opinions
I think you are taking it as a insult when it is not.

If we are thinking in the mind of the visa officer. Why would someone who has work experience and both a bachelor's and a masters want to go for a PG program.

The only reason for someone to do so would be to use PGWP as a backdoor for PR, which IRCC dont like.

If you genuinely want to study, you must have a progression of studies, so you should go for P.hd if you want to study in Canada.

Yes that was bit rude but he/she told it with legit meaning ,u have completed even the masters course in ur own subjects of interest in a row along with bcom and others and also has 4 years of teaching experience... Now u have again opted for early learning and childhood education which comes way back to initial point and this doesn't make any sense... In ur country u can study whatever u want.. From medicals to cooking or engg to filming course or whatever BECUAse it's ur own country and u got no restrictions... But u r now moving to CANADA and it's not ur country.... If u r flying overseas especially for studies that should have very genuine reasons why and what because it's their country and they don't want anyone to come to their country and stay illegaly (not u but saying in general) ...So u can't just take some random course and proceed to apply and it's obvious that it gets rejected even if u have 9 bands.... Yes some people may speak rude but u shouldnt take it negative way instead u should understand why he told that..... U have so much work experience..... Try for work permit PR... U have got chance..... But if u genuinely want to go for studies only to Canada then u should strongly justify WHY AND HOW IT HELPS U
Don't feel bad brother.... They just trying to make u understand but it sounds rude that's all... Good luck

Apply for CAIPS/GCMS NOTE to get the real reason of refusal

You should be looking at another Masters or PhD. I agree with everyone else. It makes absolutely no sense for you to be coming all the way to Canada to take a college diploma given you already have a BA and Masters and that many years of work experience. You don't look like a genuine student right now. You look like someone who is trying to find a path for moving to Canada permanently by taking a program they don't actually need.

Exactly told... Even if one have loads of knowledge it's very important to be kind and down to earth when u convey something to a person who is already very sad... That way of speaking clearly defines how he is

Actually, its the truth. Chances for obtaining a visa for diploma/certificate courses after the completion of your bachelors/masters are very slim. And here you have two bachelors and a masters plus work exp.

I would agree with the vets above that you should apply for another masters or a PHD. That way you can be seen as a bonafide student from the point of view of the vo.

Or else you can apply for express entry and get a job directly.
MBA would be better. Just my opinion.

If u want to increase your chances more then opt for masters in a university which is located in a rural area like nova scotia or newfoundland

Hi
Whay did you state in your letter of explanation? It seems right to me that maybe you studied a masters not connected with early years, so a diploma could be useful if your previous studies didn't deal with small children
