Morning peoples.

So I made a mistake on the ticks on imm5669e Q6 asking about previous refusals.

I ticked No,instead of Yes with explanation.

I submitted app July 8th. Still waiting on AOR.

Do advise.

I don’t

agree with thus. If you do not disturb them they won’t remember your file jare.
If i had not kept disturbing them with emails and copying different agencies longside wouldnt have gotten a reply about my sons application. Though it was still within processing time but the delay wasn’t necessary

Brother pls quickly withdraw the application before it is treated!!!! Like asap!!! That's a major refusal move u made! It's called misrepresentation and it is straight denial.
I have a woman that lives in Windsor Ontario. Unknown to her, her husband had applied for a Canada visa B4 and when she applied to sponsor him, she had filled the most part of the application and ticked that he had never been denied B4. The application was refused and he was even banned from reapplying. Pls make the withdrawal move and refill the application B4 it is treated. It's better late than ban!

Good morning everyone

File got transferred to AVO July 29th, was wondering what month they are currently on?
How early does Accra start treating files? It appears they really take their time there, but I am just curious...

It doesn't matter what month they are on snr man. Some people's application get expedited in a way they cannot even explain (including mine). There is no same case ,procedure, or process. Some people got the whole process finished in just 4 months. Just pray that yours gets processed fast. In another news regarding your que, it's should be August now. Plus both Lagos vac and Accra have issues (as regards responding to emails and acknowledgement) but they are better than even London VO in terms of speed. So just be calm and pray along.

Meanwhile I applied in December '18 and my Visa is with me. So u see.
@Tobi emmanuel applied in February '19 and he got passport request already and alot more people...
Cheers.

I think alot of people just fashy this group once the whole struggle is over, and it is not supposed to be like that. Other people will need inputs and help one way or the other. I got help when I needed and ild be glad to help in whatever capacity too.

To all those still in the process, my God almighty help to expedite the process, amen.
Good night, and God bless.

Guy you need to quickly withdraw the application before processing begins that is if they have not already checked it .as in right away. That's a straight refusal and you can get band from entering Canada for 5/10years and It's called misrepresentation . abeg you don't even need that . quickly cancel application . it met cost you money but its way better than the end result .

Hi Everyone,

I started following this thread after submitting my application.

Application was submitted July 7, 2017.

Initially I found this thread helpful in many ways since it provided a general sense of the timeline to expect and some sort of comfort.

Over the last couple of weeks or months people have become increasingly rude and aggressive. We all do not work at the processing office in Ghana and we should be respectful of others. Working with the government I am vary familiar with how things can change quickly, so if we don't have the most recent information we can either research it, listen to others or simply put our comment with a caveat saying it may have changed.

@maki22 we all have the freedom to create whatever forum we want but I believe the comment others are making is ... if it is not broken why fix it. The What's App was created by people who believed they could create another type of forum and based on what you have said it did not work very well.

Other groups may have a forum for each month but Accra's processing time and scenarios are sometimes unique to Accra only. Regardless freedom is also important, so this is not to say you can't start your forum.

My husband's application has been approved and completed (Passport received).

In the future if I get a notification from the forum and it is something I have gone through I will be more compelled to reply one forum in comparison to 5 individual forums.

It was not my intention to comment or make this really lengthy but at the end of the day we all have each other to learn from and lean on like any family we can fight but issues should be addressed respectfully and positively.
We can all learn so much from each other (please don't mind that I was a silent follower, my case was very straightforward. I don't have much to contribution so please do not come for me :)

God bless you all!

Please be kind to each other.

Thanks!!
Good day friend ☹ I’m
Curious could you please outline how your application was processed? I’m an applicant, and my spouse is in Canada at the moment, August marks the 10th month since we applied , medicals done since April, my file was transferred to Accra in March !!
