Biometrics Done - 3rd July
Biometrics Correspondence Letter - 23rd July
Again received same correspondence letter - 28th July
Visa Refusal with reason " I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit. " - 28th July

Rest is fine but why did I receive two same correspondence letter and rejection after that?[/QUOTE

CPC offices in Canada have unknown operating times. it's possible they work on Saturdays and due to the time difference you are seeing it on a sunday in your home country. Embassies abroad and most VFS offices do not work on weekends, so services like visa stamping are affected.

Another possibility is that the decision is made on a weekday and is only reflecting on the weekend on the system.

And then medical passed on 23rd
And on 24th review of eligibility started
After that nothing happened yet.

How much time it will take to get final decision?

And do you think I will get visa ?

For me I got the review of eligibility and medical passed on 23rd and passport request on 25th. I would guess you might get a decision on Monday or Tuesday. I cannot guess if it will be approval or not but hope for the best. They technically have until 2nd August to process your application.
