Unfortunately no, it just means my husbands sponsor application was approved. We are most likely going to be pulling our application and starting over.
Since procedural can take months to come to a decision and still result in a rejection it seems to make more sense to just start over now rather then wasting more time and money arguing our case. Hopefully if they continue processing applications like they are we can still receive my PR by next Feb or March which was what we were originally prepared for. At least I have my medical done and my OWP already.
We will be making sure my husband stays home for work for the entire process lol.
I am so sorry to hear that! Good luck and hope you become PR soon! Thank you for contributing and helping everyone in the forum.

Guys, anyone from Montreal/ Quebec Province waiting for Medical Request? I dont understand why its taking so long.
Eugh yes me too! I blame MIDI and having to get the CSQ before anything else happens. And MIDI forgot about my application and it took them over 2 months to approve it! I am planning on calling them up next week to ask what the next steps are for us, I can fill you in if/when I get any information from them. I assume you have your CSQ already?

I feel your pain! I'll call IRRC up next week sometime and see what's going on with mine and I'll let you know if they give me any relevant information. It's so frustrating seeing everyone else get DM etc and we are still twiddling our thumbs waiting on medical requests! Did you get asked for additional documents or fingerprinting? I didn't.

Ugh, I'm so mad on your behalf! I hope you and your husband take some time to rage about this. Got any chipped plates and bowls you can smash? But really... It sounds like you're approaching your next steps rationally, which is the best for your sanity long term. As soon as you have PR the wasted money, time and energy will be a distant memory. I really wish you both good luck!
