LMIA application processing time?

Hi everyone:

My information below:

NOC: 4163, Ontario
Applied: Mid April, 2019

Does anyone know how long will be the wait? It’s been 3 months now, still no Interview. My laywer told me the waiting time is 5-6 months now. Is it true?

No , My employer know about LMIA applications he applied him self . That why i am little nervous. He applied for 2 different positions for different location . He told me that your file process start first like adds were posted before other applicant but he send file same day via canada post . Is it really true that first come fist serve?

I applied for lmia month of august 2018, until now i dont have any result yet, maybe only for me to be patience? If ever i will have lmia, when applying for a work permit do i need ielts also? Thanks

my employer applied lmia in jan 2019 still waiting for reply as of now application is under process ...could please help me ielts test is required for work permit or without ielts i can apply ...my noc 1526

Hi All,

I would like to appreciate each one of you for responding and helping each other.

I have been working as an part timer with my employer since 2 years now, also did my co-op with the same employer. Our employer recently offered me a full time job offer and also said he would support me for the dual Intent LMIA process under NOC 1243 from Vancouver, BC.

I would like to know:

What would be the processing time for this type?
If anyone got positive LMIA under this NOC?
Does my previous experience from the employer would effect my LMIA?
Can I work during my LMIA application is under processing, If I have a letter from the employer?

d) Supporting Documents Submitted on - 24 May 2019

No decision or reply received till today

Employer has also filed appeal for no response a month ago , No hearing date out yet .

Anyone in same situation with such a delay

I have seen that since long no one has written APPROVED even in the thread . Is there an whatsapp group where we can discuss updates in real time . I have no idea why there is such an delay , i guess everyone is on halt after interview by ESDC they are not giving any final YES or NO regarding the application approval . This is what i found on website regarding current processing times but i have no idea from where these times start , From submission date or interview date .
