Inquiring for a friend whose family from war regions

Son is a Candian citizen & took his father from Egypt where he has temporary residence for treatment purpose in Alberta, Calgary after four months staying there, unfortunately, happen amazing thing that the government of Canada request to him to leave either to where he came or leave to his home country, he can't back to his home country because there is war as he was living with his kids in Egypt temporarily & also can't back to Egypt because he has no valued Visa.
Finally, he decided to be in Canada & ask for help & they gave him residence card to live in Alberta.
So his son(Brother of his kids) was promised prior his brothers to take(Sponsor process) them out from Egypt & live with him in Alberta as they are refugees

The Question:- can he sponsor them or His father's cause will consider as Infraction?

Not quite sure what you are saying. Was the father allowed to enter Canada to seek medical treatment that the son will pay for on the condition that he would leave after treatment? If one child is in Canada he would have to sponsor his other siblings through private sponsorship.

Yes, the father allowed to enter Canada to seek medical treatment that the son will pay for on the condition that he would leave after treatment, Then the father did not return as I mentioned in the above text.
Does his father's cause affect his kids who supposed to be sponsored by his Son as his father didn't leave?

Can the Son (Canadian citizen) still able to sponsor his brothers after his father's Infraction?

Please do not type in bold or coloured font. It's difficult to read and hard on the eyes. Use normal font.

Again, how was the Canadian son planning on sponsoring his brother? Through which immigration stream?

BTW - Your story is very difficult to understand. It's hard to understand who is the son and who is the father and who is the brother - and their exact relationships (i.e. which two are brothers). If one of these people is you, then it would be far easier to understand the situation if you write it from that perspective rather than third person.

Possibly. It depends on exactly what the son signed to bring his father to Canada.

If he signed an undertaking and then he was in default of it (because his father did not leave as promised), this can make him ineligible to sponsor anyone else.

You should consult an experienced lawyer/consultant and provide the details of the case.

Please stop using multiple colors and fonts. We can read plain text just fine.

2.4 Who may not submit a private sponsorship?
The following persons and groups are ineligible to participate in the sponsorship of refugees:

  • Persons and groups liable for a Sponsorship Undertaking that remains in default.

Getting a card from Alberta doesn't give you any status. It seems like the Canada is asking the father to leave. Yes not following your word that the father will go home will have implications on many things including sponsoring other people.

In my opinion, I find this scenario HIGHLY unlikely just based upon knowledge of our Government and the way it works. So, the net effect is the father, stays, the son stays in a furnished house and & refugees are just allowed to live as one big happy family. That is dreaming in 3D Technicolour. What about the CBSA, IRB and Canadian Law. When you say impacted by, "father's cause", remember all people are considered, "individuals", in Canada.

Now I must confess the OP's passage was NOT easy to read. If I have this all wrong I ask the reader, "What is your interpretation and analysis?". Also the OP should find someone that can at least get the story to us in coherent English. In reality, the difficulties we as a group are having in trying to figure this out stems from it's lack of coherence. I would even consider sending the letter in your own language so we can have a forum member translate for us. I feel uneasy answering you when I am not REALLY sure what your saying. Especially when that answer is somewhat negative.
