Regarding GIC receipt required

I paid $10,280 to Scotia bank on approximately 12th July 2019, but haven't received a GIC receipt from them nor any confirmation.

I request you that please send me GIC receipt as soon as possible, because my visa file pending and its required for put the visa file.

Please help me, and give me your help line number in India.
