Mismatch in name

I am Aashish Bhatt from India.

I would like to immigrate to Canada under Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) through Express Entry

I have mismatches in my name in my documents of degree certificates and passport.

My name have been depicted as "Bhatt Ashishkumar Gopalchandra" in my degree certificates and mark sheets and my name has been depicted as "Bhatt Aashish Gopalchandra" in my passport and the said has been depicted as "Bhatt Aashishkumar Gopalchandra" in certificate of registration of Marriage.

I request you to kindly advice, how to rectify these mismatch of name, and enable me to apply for the evaluation of my education through WES and for various other process.

You need to provide something commonly called as a multi-name affidavit or "one and the same person" affidavit.

Edit: You don't need to get your original documents rectified, while filling the Express entry profile you are asked if the applicant has been known by any other names and if you say yes and enter multiple names you'd be asked to submit proof of those being the same person/change of name proof etc.
