Job duties with no signature

My job reference letter I got from my employer included job title, salary, hrs worked, benefits, everything on letterhead, signed by HR manager, dated. I also got 3 pages of my job position duties, on a letterhead but there is no signature or date unlike on my reference letter.
When I created PDF file I placed reference letter first and those job duties underneath.
BUT Im super worried how officer will look at that...

Any thoughts?

I also added 6 months worth of paystubs and 3 T4s...

Thanks!

The job duties needs to be signed as well. It will not be accepted and you application will be rejected as incomplete. Best case, IRCC will perform additional checks like potentially calling up your manager/HR to confirm, but that will only happen if the two letters look like they are one letter - as in it looks like one long letter that's signed at the end and they aren't sure.

A letter without a signature is not valid.

The following documents are mandatory for each work experience declared:

  • a reference or experience letter from the employer, which
    • should be an official document printed on company letterhead (must include the applicant’s name, the company’s contact information [address, telephone number and email address], and the name, title and signature of the immediate supervisor or personnel officer at the company),
    • should indicate all positions held while employed at the company and must include the following details: job title, duties and responsibilities, job status (if current job), dates worked for the company, number of work hours per week and annual salary plus benefits; and.....

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/publications-manuals/operational-bulletins-manuals/permanent-residence/express-entry/applications-received-on-after-january-1-2016-completeness-check.html#s04

You should get the job duties signed ASAP and upload that along with an LoE.

Your job duties should be signed by the person who signed your reference letter, in fact, the job duties have to be part of your reference letter and not apart.

Your claimed NOC is matched with your attested job duties and not your title.

Thanks for reply guys, it should have been pretty obvious to me.
Just hoping it is not too late to raise CSE.

Have you passed your medicals? And have you given your biometrics if you were asked to?

If yes, don't worry, it means that your application was accepted.

However, raise a CSE and submit the documents ASAP!

Yes, I passed my medicals on June the 18th. Have not been asked for biometrics (may be cause I'm in Canada / CEC Inland?). AOR was on May the 5th.
I got a ghost update but now I'm shitting my pants it was a note about rejection but I have not yet received an email.
I'm so stupid. I should have thought about that, it was pretty obvious ffs.

If you're in Canada you will not get a Biometrics request. That is normal. Relax, this will not result in an automatic rejection, at worst it would result in an ADR. Order GCMS notes and raise a CSE with additional documents as soon as you can, But most importantly, change your pants. :)

Don't worry, good luck.

Not true. The application might be rejected without and adr or pfl. That happened to an October guy a couple of weeks ago. After almost 300 days he got straight rejection because of the job reference.

It’s better to submit the correct document proactively

AFAIK - The October guy got a rejection because his duties in the reference letter did not match with his NOC code.

Hi! Can you give an update as to what happened later on with your application and if there was anymore issue with the experience letter? I'm in the exact situation!
