Me (35) and my father (68) applied online Visitor Visa on 4July2019. (Mistakenly Separately)

He got approval on 13july, but I got refusal on 18july 2019.

Reason stated about my refusal is.

1. "I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your ... 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit."

2." I am not satisfied that you will leave canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, based on your current assets and financial status"

My profile as described in covering letter is:- I am a freelance devotional Singer (famous) in my community having musical albums and also run my family business with my father ( provided GST registration where my father is proprietor and I am official signatory of the firm) (As I did to obtain Australia Visitor Visa, everybody says don't hide anything, so I explained my profile in detailed.

1. I shown around above INR -10Lac (19000Cad) in my account, (6month statements and for 1 year those accounts are so active)( contains 3 joint account with my wife and my children 5and12years)(as did for Australia) (including oneterm plan2.5lac)

2. One Property paper which own by me.

3. 9 days plan, Hotel Booking Toronto and Niagra Falls. Without flight booking.

4. Shown interest that if we get time will meet my Sister son who is on study visa. (Don't wanna hide anything)

5. CA Valuation Certificate my credit cards, Forex card and 4 vehicles registration. ITRs for 5years

6. Travel History Australia, Singapore, Hongkong, Dubai, Thailand, Kuwait.

7. On letterhead my father signed that I am giving my professional services since 2006 and I am the official signatory of the firm.(as did at Australia)

8. Mentioned my mother, wife and children are not going with us, only me and father are going.

Please help where I did mistake and what I should do next. My father profile is same except age and property.
First time in life, I faced refusal.
PLEASE HELP.

Should i refile the Visa, showing financial help from my father and mother? Or this strategy will show negetive impression because in first file, I was bearing my own expenses.

Your profile is quite strong so it's hard to see why you were denied. The only thing I can think of is that they think you might be working while you're in Canada/planning to move here.

What was your 9 day plan? Can you post that here?

I didn't mentioned any explained plan to them...I just said 6days in Toronto and 3 days in Niagra Fall.

That sounds too vague for a holiday. It's not credible - most people don't travel halfway across the world with no idea of what they are going to do at the destination.

What's the real purpose of your visit? Are you trying to immigrate? There may be options available for you since you have been self-employed in a cultural field.

If this is really just a poorly-planned holiday, then you should consider going somewhere else instead.

I gave same plan for my Dad and he got approval.

Should I reapply ? With detailed Plan?

What about second reason of assets and financial status?

It won't matter. If IRCC believes that you're trying to immigrate on a tourist visa, you'll keep getting denied. Your father is a lot older and less likely to overstay. You are far more likely to overstay.

As I said, if you provide the real reason for visiting Canada, I may be able to help. If you insist that this is just a vacation, it's either a really badly planned one, or you aren't giving me the information I need to help. It doesn't make sense that you would provide such a detailed list of documents and be so keen to come to Canada just for a 9-day vacation.

To be honest to expand on what 21goose said your travel plan is too vague, I mean Niagra Falls itself might be worth a few hours/half a day although maybe a whole day taking in Niagara on the lake region plus accounting for travel from Toronto as a base.. Niagara Falls definitely not somewhere I personally would come all that way to spend 3 days unless visiting relatives in the area. Using Toronto as a base if you google 'toronto tourist' you can come up with lots of attractions to embelish an itinerary on a day to day schedule.

the age factor is playing a lot these days...IRCC is thinking that through a visitor visa you might be coming to find a job or not leave the country.
These officers pretty well know that people above 50-55 wont even think of migrating to Canada right now, so visas for them are easy, unless a red flag.

The best way to rethink your application is to - Think yourself as the officer who's approving the application and what evidences are you looking to make sure this person will do as stated in his/her application.

My intention are not to overstay in Canada or violate any low, My mother, wife and children are in my country, We can not leave them for long time, we have factory and my program scheduled, so that we plan for 9 days only.
Even we never stayed any country over 15days in life.

i get what you are saying, but those points you need to clearly mention and provide evidences. IRCC did notfind enough evidences for you application and that is why they refused it.
If you have mentioned those points, something is still missing or there is a loophole. If its hard for you understanding where you went wrong in your application, my recommendation is to take help of a private consultant.

By program scheduled do you mean events in your home country where you will be performing?
