Hi,
My passport has been stamped and I'll be collecting it soon. I finally received my correspondence letter as well and it says:
Your application to study in Canada has been approved. A permit authorizing your studies will be issued to you on your arrival to Canada following an examination by an officer of the Canada Border Services Agency, subject to your compliance with the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and its Regulations
But below in the letter, the details are:
Permit - WP / Permis - PT
Shouldn't it be SP? I read through some old posts and it seems others also got this but were told they would be issued a student and work permit when they arrive. Others say they contacted the Embassy and that it was a mistake and a new one was sent.
Can anyone with info please shed light? Did any who receive the same for a study permit have any problems arriving in Canada? Do I contact the Embassy?
Other than that, co-op is part of my course. It was in my acceptance letter and I specifically uploaded that part in the application which asked for the co-op details. There is no mention of it in the letter. Should I be worried about that?
Any help would be appreciated!
