Hi All,
VERY IMPORTANT - I am also stuck with office CB01126 and this wait was killing me.
I have filed an inquiry under the Access to Information Act, and have received a reply from the senior officer.
I have the document of number files pending under CB01126. Based on the document there are
1532 + case files from AOR 1st Feb 2018 till 31st Aug 2018.
This data is generated in May 2019.

I need your help to share your AOR Date and current status. if anyone has recently received PPR. This will help us to calculate no of files being cleared and how much time it will take to reach for review.
This is great information. How were you able to get how many cases are pending with CB01126?

Hello everyone - I just started following this thread. This is my scenario -
AOR - 2018/10/24 (Over 8-months now)

Assessments -
Eligibility: Review Required
Security: Not Started
Criminality: Passed
Medical: Passed
Info Sharing: Complete

APPLICATION ASSIGNMENT
Assigned To: CB01126
Assigned By: JM01158
Due Date: 2019/02/07

I do not see for what reason is the review required in the last 2 pages of the GCMS notes. However, I do see this on the 3rd page of the GCMS notes -
GROUP NAME: 1
Created Date: 2018/08/30 09:54:32
Created By: C9677
Updated Date: 2019/04/29 07:03:49
Updated By: SM8683
Group #: 1-GY9X9MY
Name:: Review Required -
Status: In Progress
Type: PR - Temporary Processing

On my Indian passport there is no Last Name, so I checked with an IRCC agent before filling the application and I was advised to enter all the given name in the last name field and leave the first name field blank since the last name is a mandatory field but the first name can be left blank(They also told me that this is the general procedure they follow). Any idea if this is what the review would be for ? Attaching screenshot from my notes(bottom links). Do you see anything alarming ?

Thanks for any suggestion/opinion/advise.

Your GCMS notes says "Review Required R75". so you may want to read this "https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/SOR-2002-227/section-75.html"

Looks like they want to review your NOC...just a guess based on R75 requirement..

I am 29th Jan AOR PNP-O with RR for POF. As per my 6th June GCMS notes, my file was assigned to CB01126 and due date was 2019/05/05 but looks like it has not been touched and only god knows when it will be picked again...

As per myimmitracker:

January 2019:
Total logged case in myimmitracker: 393
PPR awarded: 175 (44.53%)

February 2019:
Total logged case in myimmitracker: 378
PPR awarded: 134 (35.44%)

It looks like 80% processing within 6 months is a MYTH

Did you ask helpline to put a request for reviewing officer to have a look at it after 6 months timeline was over?? If yes, what was their response?
No, I gave up of complaining my friend. As I'm inland it is not a huge change for me, of course I want to end this story but I gave up about complaints calls notes and others. Just waiting

Anyone stuck with CB01126 or recently got any movement with files pending with CB01126 ??
There are so many of us stuck with CB01126. In my last call with helpline agent, I asked if CB01126 is an organization/department or an officer, she said that she doesn't have those details:)

I have tried all the methods of communications to get the file moving, but nothing works with IRCC so decided to wait now:

1. Called helpline many times requesting to send a note to reviewing officer but they refused to do so before 6 months timeline is reached (another 10 days to reach that milestone - 29th Jan AOR). They say that they have all the information required...so the question is why are not they reviewing it...the officer's completion date was 2019/05/05.
2. Sent webform requesting for review along with explanation letter for the document which needs review required but couldn't get an acknowledgement too.
3. My consultant is well-known law firm in Canada but they refused to send a request for my application before 6 months timeline is reached.
4. Wrote an email to Ralph Goodale too but no response from his office yet.
5. Some suggested to raise GCMS notes which probably trigger the pending review, so I raised it on 5th June and received it on 9th July. The report was generated on 6th June but this week I called the helpline and came to know there is no progress. It means GCMS notes has also not helped. Last note in my file is on 5th April since then it is getting dust...

Anyone has any idea what can be done further, please feel free to suggest...…...

Stucked Since AOR Dec 18th, only Medicals and Criminality Approved. Review Required for Funds Conversion and file with CB01126, probably the biggest pile of files ever in IRCC history. Lack of Luck!
