urgent need help understanding gcms note

Hey Guys,

I need help on below correspondence details in my GCMS notes.

I am wondering if anyone has insight on this. My GCMS notes detail that my application is now stuck in review required and there are comments that are causing me concern,i have highlighted that in blue. and am wondering if anyone has been in a similar boat and/or if I should pre-empt and add the documents mentioned.

REVIEW TYPE: Case Processing agent application : XXXXXX Regulation PNP/FSW, 2018-05-07 I have reviewed this application based upon the documents submitted by the applicant and the inforamtion contained in the file and note the following. A11.2: APPEARS NOT MET (FSW) OFFICER REVIEW REQUIRED: WORK EXPERIENCE MEDICAL: ALL VALID Outstanding Documents ( Not Requested) : - Documentation required to verify that main duties matched of the lead statement in work experience 3- Documentation required to verify that lead statement matches that of the NOC code in work experience 3- PNP Triage Remains in Canada

Submitted letter(s) of reference 2015-07-30 which is/are assessed as follows: EDOCS NUMBERS: XXXXX Review required by an officer for lead statement. Review required by officer for main duties. the letter(s) of reference appear to demonstrate that the pa met the minimum requirement of 12 months of work experience. PA meets education requirements.

Please let me know, what should I do now?

Is it within 6 months? If yes, be patient and let the IRCC do whatever they are doing.

I think you should submit more documents for your work experience. Cause they cant verify it. And dats what it's written there. They need to verify your work.. the reference letter u provided does it match with your noc if not provide the adequate one

OP's applications seems to be in review processing stage, if they require additional documents they would send an ADR.

Yes ideally dey should send adr. But most of the time they dont so since he's seen his notes he can can act proactively. It's better to be safe than to be sorry. My take on the matter

You need to send a reference letter with your roles and responsibilities matching the NOC you are claiming. ASAP

I had submitted references letter before. But i think i didnt submitted job duties papers at the time of submission.
So now should i submit both?

Yes it does match.but on my reference letter it has only joining date and from and to date which verify i worked more than a year..
On my reference letter i dont have job duties mentioned..
Job duties are on another page.(which i didnt submitted at the time of pr submission ).
