It's 100% a scam.
They can use your documents to impersonate you / commit fraud and apply for things on your behalf without you knowing. It's dangerous to share your passport information with them.

They haven't asked for money YET... Yes, it's a scam.

This is how it works...
1) they send the same "offer" to hundreds of potential victims.
2) a very few will respond, because most will detect the scam early on.
3) then the scammers start with small requests for fees etc.
4) if the victim is still hooked, the scammers go for the kill and get as much as possible.

Again when I seen the pay was 10.5k a month. They are not even making it realistic now.
