Important question about study permit and extension and passport

hello guys, i have lots of questions that i hope you can answer.

Firstly, I am coming to Sheridan College this september for a 1 year certificate program. However, after this program, i would like to study another program which is 3 years. For this program I will apply in january. And it will start in september 2020. However I would like to stay in Canada during summer as well.

And also my passport will expire on the beginning of april 2020, however my studies, last finals will end by the end of april. So at the airport they will give me a study permit till the beginning of the april probably?

Once in Toronto, i will renew my passport around October and then should i apply for the extension of my study permit? If I do so, i need to apply for extension one more time after the acceptance letter (which is probably gonna come around may) for the other program in order to stay over summer?

I am so confused about the processes. What should i do? Guide me please.

Your permit will not exceed your passport validity.

You should apply for extension maybe 3 month or so before it expires, then after you get it you can renew your TRV if it is also expiring.

Then when ou get the new Letter of Acceptance for your new course you can apply for another extension and after you get it another TRV. As long as you apply before it expires you are on implied status and can do anything a person with study permit can do.

So I need to apply for one extension in February (approximately 3 months before april) after renewing my passport in october and one around march-april (after i get my acceptance letter) ? And this way will i be able to extend the first one at least till the end of the april? And the second one during summer? what does TRV do? What is it for?

So they will extend it till the end of the april at least? Would they do it for extra 2-3 weeks? And how long would it take for a decision if I apply at october after the new passport? Because I will need to apply for one other after the acceptance letter (which would probably come around march-april)

Is everything gonna be okay? I feel really anxious right now. Can you assure me about it?

You can renew passport by approaching BLS in Brampton or Toronto.After getting renewed passport apply online for study permit extension.I did the same and got study permit extension in about 37 days.Good Luck
