I think I'm the only person here waiting for 13 weeks since approval :-(
Sorry to hear Ivric, My last message was for you. Do you know what you are waiting for... interview at Vancouver office or PPR request?

Interview but not at Vancouver office as I live in Toronto they should transfer the file to Etobicoke which they're struggling to do or simply not giving a sh*t about my file and forgot about it.

You should try calling them and "remind" them, becuase from what I heard from my last call, there is a due date by which they would send a response. In your case you may be way past it. Call and check out the state of file, trigger a reminder of possible

I have my wife as my dependent on my PR CEC application. I received this letter in my profile this week. Just wondering if anyone else here received anything like this ?

"This is in reference to your application for permanent residence. To finalize your application, we require
the following documents from your overseas dependent(s). Passports for dependent(s) should only be
submitted after you, the primary applicant have received your confirmation of permanent residence status."

I am new to this thread.

GHOST UPDATE 13/06. Was told application approved and landing interview scheduled for July 11 at VO Kitchener but no email received.
Agent mentioned email comes between a week or 2 before interview date.
I'm suggesting if anyone has filed approved and waiting for landing interview email, you could ask if you've been scheduled and what date.
This thread is really encouraging especially the tabular update. Thanks

Hi all. I received my PPR today :) Total wait from internal approval of application to PPR was 9 weeks. This is a lot higher than the normal wait of 2-3 weeks, but I am just glad to have received it!

Hi @MintyUK
I just saw that your file was approved by Edmonton VO. Could you share where you reside, and where did you have to send your passport ?
My file was also approved in Edmonton VO, but I am in Ottawa, and waiting for PPR. So I'm wondering from which VO I'd receive PPR.
Thanks!

I am in Calgary, and I sent passport photocopies to Ottawa. I am pretty sure all of the passports get sent to Ottawa for inland applications, no matter where your CPC or VO is.

Just in case anyone gets confused about different kinds of approval - there are three different types that people refer to on these forums:

1) All stages passed/met - this means eligibility, criminality and security are all met. Sometimes people call this "approved", but it's not the same thing. Sometimes people also confuse "recommended pass" with "met", but these are not the same either. "Recommended pass" is a note from the case analyst to the officer, recommending that the stage is OK to change to "met". When the officer picks up the file though, they may agree and change it to "met" or disagree and change it to "review required". For me, the all stages passed date was March 15.

2) Internal "approval" - when I called the call centre agent, they gave me a date when my application had been "approved", but this must be an internal approval because it is not the same as the final decision approval that comes after PPR. Presumably this internal approval is the last thing that happens before PPR. For me, the internal "approval" date was April 15.

3) Application approval - this is what you receive on your online account after you get PPR, send in your passport, and the final decision is made. For me, the application approval/final decision date was July 11.

If anyone knows differently from the above, please post a reply! This is just based on my personal experience with my own application and from interacting with other applicants on these forums.

Hi @Gagan0996

Did you call and check with an agent or was there any update online ? Because 13 july was saturday and the call centre might have been closed. Where do you reside btw ?

I called on 12th july, and the agent told it was approved. Residing in Ottawa.

I know it's weird but my adr status updated to not applicable that day. I reside in Vancouver. I checked with an agent today.
