I received NOI from Alberta on 26th March, 2019 and postmarked my documents in 5 days. As per my courier; AINP received documents on 06th April, 2019. However, I received email from AINP on 5th July that documents have been received dated 06th April and they gave me profile number. Is it normal? AOR after almost 3 months? Anyone in similar situation? Receipt of AINP and decision usually takes how much time?

Hi, I'm in a similar position. Here are my timings:

Alberta NOI received: 12/03/19
Documents sent to Alberta: 15/04/19
File number given/confirmation of being in Alberta's E.Entry pool: 25/06/19
Nomination received: ..........still waiting
ITA: ...........still waiting

I have seen people given it pretty speedily, but you just don't know which profession they're targeting at which point I guess.

It's a horrible wait - feels like I'll never get the nomination! But fingers crossed....

Yeah some say it takes 21 days. Issue is that their processing is slow. I got email with file number after 3 months of document submission. But I still hope for the best.

Do you mean 21 days from them confirming your file number to receiving you provincial nomination? I guess nothing's certain, but let's hope!

Hi, AINP will provide the document checklist as well as the application form by email. Proof of funds will only be required once you receive your ITA. Reference letters should also include your salary or a separate salary certificate will suffice.

So if we specify our salary in reference letter that would suffice their requirement. Also is there any specific salary amount needed also what was your CRS score when u got nominated.. would be really helpful

Yes, it will be sufficient. Employment contracts and/or job offer letters that include your salary may be submitted as well. I believe there isn’t any specific salary amount needed. My CRS was 430 before I got the nomination.

Yes that's what got to know from some immigration lawyers. Minimum of 21 days after the file number. May take a month or two if they need more documents.

You’re welcome! It took couple months before I received the NOI.
Hope so I receive it too once I am in the pool. I just have one preference of having a sibling in alberta but my score is low so worried. It's kind of stressful at this point
