I tried hundreds of lawyers in Winnipeg all try to runaway from case. Private prosecutors are hard to find everyone says. Even victim service police and crown forced victim to step back and represented his case weak.
If “hundreds” of lawyers are “running away” then the question becomes how credible your evidence is against your wife or if there is any at all. Private lawyers are not hard to find so I don’t know who this “everyone” is you speak of. You google one, ask for a consultation, pay for a retainer. What lawyer will say no to money?

That would be ridiculous. Because a private case cannot start without a party starting it first. Sorry but your story is now sounding fabricated to me. You are in Canada. It is not perfect. But it certainly provides protection. It DEFINITELY has lawyers who will start an action for you. Saying HUNDREDS of lawyers has turned you down is just IMPOSSIBLE. Goodbye.

If you are willing to pay there are certainly lawyers who will be willing to take on your case. You would have to pay a decent retainer and show that you have the funds to continue. It is likely not worth the thousands of dollars you will spend. Maybe the lawyers are being nice to you and not wasting your money. If you can show them a lot of savings and assets there is no way that all the lawyers are that principled. Why don’t you focus on spending money on a divorce lawyer? You only have a visitor visa so you can’t remain in Canada indefinitely. That is the best use of your funds. I am not sure what you think you will get out of suing your wife. It will be a civil suit not a criminal one.
Sir my fight is for respect not to get status in Canada. I got married with hope of forever Bond. My entire family is under shock due to this fraud. That never happened in our 15 generations. My family wants to give offenders a strong message that they can’t blackmail us anymore. There human trafficking business is going to expose with Canada government.
