Are we missing out on anything ?

until last year, scores above 455 were rare and unheard off unless someone had a Ph.D or below 30 with 3 years exp and Master's with 8777...

Especially since the last 4-5 months, the 460 score seems to be an easy one ..

Are we missing out on anything? Has anything changed?
not really. One master (or even 2 Post secondary diplomas) can manage to get 460. And all that with just 1 language (English or French) and no ties to Canada what so ever. However he or she needs full or almost full Age points. full transferability points and full or almost full points for language.

That people were not taking care of their points from spouses was one of the reasons why not many did not have it (most felt confident enough with 440+)

Keep Claim bro ~ wish you good luck here

Btw, I am working at Royal Bank of Canada 155 Wellington Street West, Toronto, ON

Nothing related to IT and I am good here thanks :)
That's great news man, good to hear success stories post PR.
I think this attack on you is all part of the 'new age' P.C. culture we live in these days. If you agree with me = you're smart, if you don't you are a cretin who deserves to be publicly bashed and insulted.
Please linger on this website longer so I can get helpful information from you, if needed, after I get the ITA in the next coming months.

Hoping for one extra non scheduled draw to take place, this will lower the CRS requirement otherwise the point will decrease gradually and slow;y.

Is a B2B draw really a viable thing that we should look forward to? How often do they do these b2b draws?

Very unlikely this year if you look at last year’s data. B2b is only good when CRS is at a lower level say 449-452 because after one b2b there is a 3 weeks delay for the next draw.

Judging by last year's pattern (which they have pretty much mirrored this year as far as the delayed draws go) I think there's a good chance that the FST draw in September won't cause a delay in the next non-program specific draw. If that's the case then the crs will continue to steadily fall for the rest of the year and should be below 451 by year end. No delays plus increased ITAs are key. Praying it works out this way.

Finally! An increase in number of ITA's. And that too in the beginning of the 3rd quarter! CIC is picking up guys. The engines is all revved. Only a matter of time before it goes full speed.

The pressure on 450' would sure be relieved by the next draw. Hopefully we will see cut off swooping down to 445-450 by the second week of September (i.e before the programme specific draw)!
That would be nice.

I've been in the pool since May of 2017, edging up the points as wife completed elements and watching 20 points drop off from age. Always skating just under the cut. Now wife's profile is much higher and if it hits that range we'll finally make it. If not, then December after 1 year's work--barring a jump to 500 again.

Gud one, let everyone speak his mind!
As for me, let’s have the bad and good comments and let it inspire everyone of us to tighten his/her belt, roll up our sleeves and do what needs to be done to improve our scores. In as much as I need hope, criticism pushes me.

Honestly, I didn't report your post at all lol ~
You didn’t. I might know who did it, the idea of removing a post because they don’t agree with it is dangerous and I’m questioning my existence on this forum. Besides, what did I say that it warranted a deletion of my post?

Anyway I’m glad that you were able to find a job that you like. Indians like you make us proud of our identity.
