I am applying for Permanent Residency for Canada. Done with IELTS and ECA in Bachelor in Computer Applications and Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications. CRS is 459. My work experience are as follows:-

>> 7 months in Real Estate Company - Job Title is telecaller executive but my roles included various administrative tasks.

>> 7 months in Insurance Company - Job Title is Client Relationship Officer and my roles included dealing with clients and telling them about life insurance policies and counselling them to buy the policy.

>> 2 year 4 months experience in a School as Admission Counsellor - Where roles included interacting with parents to convert them into admissions, generating leads and performing various administrative tasks.

My queries are as follows:-

1. What should be the appropriate NOC for all three jobs?

2. What should be the primary NOC?

3. Is there any objection if education and work experience is in different field?

4. Is there any objection if we use multiple NOC's?

5. Are there any additional requirements while filling APR if we select regulated NOC code?

Kindly give your suggestions.

1 depend on the duties you performed.Check the noc on the basis of duties not rank.

2 As per Ircc, one must have atleast 1 year continous experience in primary NoC;hence, the last one with 2 years and above will your primary noc.

3 no objection

4 No objection with multiple NoC.only primary NoC must be 1 year continous.

5 There is no such regulated Noc for FSW program.

Thanks for your quick reply. I have read in several forums that regulated jobs require education in same field. My primary NOC is 4033 - Education Counsellor which is a regulated job in Canada. Will the visa officer object to this if I do not have the qualifications of counsellor?

. For the limited purposes of choosing NOC in your EE profile, education requirements and job titles can be safely ignored. The only thing that matters if your job responsibilities match most of the main duties of your chosen NOC. Additionally, NOC is a Canada-specific categorization. IRCC understands that the rest of the World can choose to not have the same education requirements as they do for any particular job.

2. Education requirements may re-enter the picture when you are trying to land a job inside Canada after getting your PR. Some NOCs are regulated, others aren't.

Thanks a lot. So I will continue with the same NOC code - 4033 as primary occupation.
