Some update about my case: today I called IRCC, my eligibility has changed to “pass” and security finally in process. Hope to pass security and get remed soon!

Eligibility: MET on August 23, 2018 (after that no movement for nearly 10 months)
Adr: June 7th, 2019 (a doc that was not asked by them in the list, very simple. And is not related with eligibility points.)
Eligibility: changed to PASSED in 3rd week of June, 2019
Security: in progress
Med: Expires this June

Hi - Did you received or observed any changes to the application after this email? Did they extended or requested you to re-do your medicals? My medicals got extended but no movement after that.
Same, medicals got extended, no movement since. I will update once my CBSA notes arrive.
How long does it take for requesting a medical extension? How long they will approve for the medical extension?
You are far from 6 months deadline. Keep tracking the status to see if lucky to avoid SS.
it really depends on the complexity, from 4-12 months. After AOR 5 months, order GCMS notes to check the status.
