I was going through CIC, and found following. Not sure if it's helpful, but worth going through the link.

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/publications-manuals/operational-bulletins-manuals/permanent-residence/express-entry/applications-received-on-after-january-1-2016-completeness-check.html

The Express Entry six-month processing standard begins when an application is assessed as complete and is promoted in the Global Case Management System (GCMS). It ends when Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) makes a final decision on the application.

So I believe if we have any ADR, it starts after that date.....

Raised a CSE and got the below response today can anyone tell me what this entails or what to expect

Please be informed that your application is currently in queue for review by an officer. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide you with a date on which your file will be reviewed.

Please be assured that you will be contacted immediately should further information be required or regarding the next steps in your file.

We thank you for your patience and for keeping your correspondence to a minimum.

I also read it before but then thought of the bar they added in the account with 180 days from AOR and was like ??? What should I consider :-s

There are several cases that take more than 30 days and do not involve ADR just review by senior staff. The amount of people with delayed applications is massive and not everyone had ADRs.

Thanks. How long did you wait between the two CSE’s? I heard there was an update on my file so I plan to call them again in next day or two. Don’t want to raise a cse in case it’s not an issue.

Also what reason did you specify for the change?
I waited for a month I think....No reason just requested NOC to be changed....

Did they change your NOC or did they evaluate you under your original NOC?
I think they must have changed my NOC otherwise my experience wouldn't have counted towards enough points....I ordered notes after PR but nothing in there to suggest they changed NOC....

You already got CoPR right? You don't have the PPR/CoPR dates in your signature or forum info so it makes it really hard to discuss.

If you have CoPR you don't have to worry about the quality of the photo to get in and land as a PR. They might reject the photo later when they are processing the PR card and you might have to send a new set.

However, the PR card is separate from your PR status. Even if you're outside the country, you can re-enter via air with a PRTD from your local embassy or VFS or whatever. Also, if you can enter the US legally and cross by land, you can cross with just your CoPR again and your passport. Once you've landed, you're a PR, whether or not you have a PR card.
Just updated my signature.
I am yet to receive CoPR. I sent my passport by fedex yesterday.
So I was curious how strict are they with photos... I don't want to have my photos rejected like you did, lol... :D

You've raised a good point. But judging by their explanation under "Incomplete application", if we are not rejected during R10 process, then we have a "Complete" application, and thus the AoR should be the start date toward 6mos time. ADRs can be requested multiple times after R10 OK, so logically, an ADR shouldn't constitute an incomplete application, nor should it restart the 6 months estimated time.

Also I would hope not... because if they need another 6mos to review 1 additional item, it would be the same timeline given to review the whole package. I've had 2 ADRs so far so that would kill me lol :p

Just my thoughts :)
