Hello Friends, I am an Indian staying in India with 15+ experience......Just want to know that for Indians Open work permit is issued as a Paper Visa or is it stamped on Passport? Please Advise?

On what basis do you qualify for an open work permit?

If someone has offered you an open work permit in exchange for money - it's a scam and the work permit is fake.

There is an Agent as he says he has a Tie up with Canadian Placement Agencies.... They will check your CV and give job like Shift Supervisor or Helper or else it is open work permit so you can find a job as per your experience....and the open work permit is valid for 5 years... Please Advise?

He says that open work permit is issued a paper visa and it wont be stamped on Your passport?.....i am confused

Again, it's a scam.

You don't qualify for an open work permit.

Seriously, if it was that easy to get a Open Work Permit with a validity of five years, there would be no need what so ever for many sections of this forum, there would be no need for so many having to go thru the application process with the Government, and as for the LMIA program, that might as well be thrown out the window
Once again, if it seems to good to be true, it probably is.
If you really want to get to Canada, do your research as many others have, apply and go thru the steps, in the end it will save you any money you would have paid the person offering you this
