Anyone's application got processed in Edmonton visa office?

Interesting info, but most of those applications upon which the averages are based are not sitting with Edmonton CPC. Would be glad to be proven wrong though! It is also unfortunate that Edmonton CPC is not even an option when entering your Visa Office on Immitracker, so we can't filter by office...Hey guys, I paid immitracker to get more info

GUYS! I got my PPR!!! I am shaking, haha.
Here's some details:
Got an email from the generic donotreply@cic.gc.ca saying I had a new message in my account.
Logged onto my account and saw in the messages a new "Request Letter"
Had a mini heart attack because "Request Letter" has always meant ADR before
Opened the message and it was a request for photocopies of my passport, etc. for finalization of my application.
My timeline:
AOR Oct 6
ADR #1 Nov 6
ADR #2 Mar 1
Application internally "approved" Apr 15
PPR Jun 24
Total days AOR to PPR: 261

I've seen all this information before for free. are they charge now for that info? thats weird. They had all of that before, I am pretty sure.
Besides the payment fact, I don't trust the information. It is based on people input to immi tracker. If people don't update accordingly, then the information is not very trustful. Another problem with that is the fact that it mostly consider the PPRs of non delayed applicants. All the predictions I had for my case when I first applied on immitracker already expired. I hope yours come faster, but I am under 280 days now! =)

how come your application is way longer than 6 months if you don't mind sharing?
That's one of the purposes of this thread, to figure out why Edmonton CEC-Inland applications are taking longer than the time-frame.
Until now we haven't come to a conclusion on this matter.
We think there's a lot of backlog and, when an application has passed 6 monhts, they kinda "shelf" it up so they can meet other targets.
But that's an assumption
I am thinking that maybe IRCC has dedicated Edmonton office for certain applications or applications share similarities? please guys correct me if i am wrong!!?
