Hi,
I went to an immigration consultant recently and he consulted me to go through CEC program. Before that i was not even thinking about this program and was only relying some other consultant, who was telling me to save upto 12k for showing to CIC which seem to be requirement for some other program. That is why I got confused and went to some other consultants and I end up knowing about CEC more. Right now my confusion is that with my standing in canada which are following:
  • Associate degree in economics. 2 years of study and i got PGWP after that.
  • 1 year of expreience letter of assistant manager of restaurant. Which ill get in about a month when my year of working there is complete. Though, ive been working there since i started studying in canada which is 3 and half years in total.
  • My pay rate is around 17.
  • My ielts score is average 8 with - W7, R7.5, L9, S7.5.
Will i be able to get enough points for my file and get PR because when i use CRS score calculator there is a question saying

Do you have a valid job offer supported by a Labour Market Impact Assessment (if needed)?

Still confused on the if needed part i think i dont need LMIA but if i answer that no than i get only about 430 points. Will i be getting points for job letter even if i dont have LMIA and just the letter itself?

Pls i need some guidance for this. Help is really apperciated and also i hope this helps everybody else who is in the same boat.
Thanks

To get the 50 job offer points you need an approved LMIA from your employer.

430 points is unfortunately not high enough to receive ITA. You need 20-40 points more.
