Hi everyone,

Several days ago, my application was cancelled for being incomplete. The address was missing in the PCC. The cancellation was 46 days after the AOR. No med passed, no biometrics request.

I would like to raise a CSE through IRCC web form for which I have a couple of questions.
1. What to answer to the question "Is your application being processed outside Canada" if I don't know where it is actually.

2. I am going to explain the situation, attach a new PCC and kindly ask to reopen my case. What to choose in the section "Type of application/enquiry"?

Would be grateful for any idea!

I also had my application canceled because of PCC , as per the agent it does not cover all the dates in my stay in that country, to briefly explain my PCC was showing some dates from:
June to august 2011 then from April to May 2014 the from October 2014 to January 2016

In reality there is a gap, as I was in Gabon between June and July 2014, but and here where I was upset, I saw the issue on 12th May (AOR 11th May) so I was able to obtain a new PCC in one week and raised a CSE with the correct dates but apparently the agent did not take it into consideration.

I will re enter the pool and recheck every single date, address documents and hope for the best, I wish you good luck

P's:
Question regarding addresses if someone can help I would appreciate, my wife stayed in USA for 4 months for tourism (our son was born there) I have mentioned the address that she lived in, is it OK ? I believe so but now I doubt about any/everything

Same. I was asked to submit an "updated original certificate of clearance" from a country that takes ~1 month to get the certificate, when the one I submitted through the web form post-eAPR was barely 1 month old! (I used the ITA letter to get the certificate, instead of waiting for a request letter from IRCC. Guess in that sense it was my mistake for being too proactive!?)

AoR - May 2nd, 2019. FSW-Outland

The main chan is that the status bar appeared, but there has been no update on my medicals. They just asked me to get a new police certificate from my country of residence (Mexico) for my common-law partner and a new Police Certificate from Canada (for me). I am dumbfounded by their request of a new Mexican Police Certificate, though. The police certificate I submitted in my application was issued on April 23rd 2019, barely 2 weeks before I submitted my application.

I really don't understand why they are asking for this pointless update, it only complicates our logistics. My fianceé and I are getting married in England in about a month and she is flying there in less than three weeks. The Mexican police certificate takes about 2 weeks to be issued and is a bloody pain in the ass to get. Geez!

Yeah, it was my address missing. The fact is there was a line intended for a residing address, but it was not filled in. The relevant office thought it was not an important thing to mention. Actually, they don't include it in any PC and there has barely been any issue with that. However, this time it was either a bad luck or a strict officer.
And yes, I am not from India.

Yeah, I did exactly the same! I was trying to speed up the processes, instead I just got to pay double.

Just noticed my PCC from Gabon has a field for address that was not filled in... I hope this goes thru, it’d be a pain to get a new one and have to wait for the whole ITA/R10 process for the 3rd time :/

Hope, you won't have to. It was my second cancel as well. The first was because of my maiden name was not included in the PC:(
