Hi friends,

I am facing an issue regarding my CEC application. After submitting my application, I received an approval but my overall CRS score was 80 points less than what I expected. In the score breakdown, I noticed that zero point is assigned to my job offer and Canadian education while I have both. I contacted the help center and they referred me to the technical support. I am still waiting to see if they can fix it or not.
I wonder if any of you guys had this issue before.

Thanks in advance.

You will not claim any points in your job offer unless it is supported with LMIA.

In that question under education - was more than half the study program in English/French... you’ve answered YES. If your program/canadian education is not an ESL, you should answer NO.

I changed the answer to NO and my CRS score boosted up 30 more points.
I wonder if PGWP is exempted from LMIA under the international or federal agreement or not. My job requires work permit but no LMIA is required. So, should I have mentioned the exemption of LMIA on my application or just NO is enough?
What is the best answer for the following question under the Intended Work in Canada?
"Was a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) issued for the current work permit?"

Thanks again

We are on the same status, I’m on pgwp too. For that question I answered NO, as far as I know pgwp are treated as open work permits, so if theres no lmia given by your employer then say no.
