Recent US drivers license

Hi,

I just got my US drivers license (MA state) and now I'm moving to Quebec
Will be able to exchange this license for a Quebec license ?
Also I do have a 10 year driving history in India, along with its extract

Hi,
Is it possible to get a drivers extract from USA after exchanging the license here in Canada? The thing is, i was able to exchange the license without drivers extract but the agent put only 3years history on it and when i asked him, if i bring the extract would they update it for me, then he said yes. My concern is , would i lose all my previous driving history when i move back to USA?
