How did you come to know about it not changing ?

in any case, you have did you part and informed them about the change properly and hence there is nothing to worry about. This may change anytime during the process.

When I log in here, it shows my old address not new one.

as I said above, it doesn't matter since you have supplied them with the update. it will soon update and there is no need to be worried

It is now about 40 days, but the address is not changed yet. Do you think it is normal?

It will only change once an officer access your profile and update this record. You don't need to worry much as this is included in the final review of your file before a passport request is sent out, as change in address constitute a major change that would affect were should you send your passport.

I've a similar issue. I asked for my address to be updated using the webform all the way back in February. Recently, when I called the helpline, they said they haven't received the address change on file! Should I just submit another webform or is that not to be trusted?
