Guys I need guidance! We submitted our application on May 24th and was received June 3rd. I just realized after reading other people's applications that we checked no for both questions below, completely forgetting that my husband was denied a US tourist visa.

IMM 5669
6.
d) been refused refugee status, an immigrant or permanent resident visa or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country or territory?
e) been refused admission to, or ordered to leave, Canada or any other country or territory?

What's the best way we could go about this? Can we send them an email regarding the correction and attach an explanation as soon as we receive our AOR? Hope to hear from you all soon. TIA.
Send a new form with complete information along with an explanation letter stating it was an honest mistake and you're submitting a revised form. Do it via webform from below link:
https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx
ensure that you include UCI and Application number in your letter.

Wait for your AOR and then do this.
Sounds good. And should we send in the new form or the form that we originally used? (November 2018 or June 2019) and do I need to get my husband to sign it in person first and then get it sent or can he just scan it with his signature?

Use the latest form. hand sign it next to the e-printed name, scan the form and upload it.

How like is app to be return for not having PCC?
my App was received in June 17,2019 I'm kinda worried now since I couldn't get one PCC from country of residence even though I put small note says PCC is unobtainable from That country. will that be enough explanation?

let's hope they don't return it. luckily you're not required to provide upfront, for me I couldn't get PCC from one country for some political reason.

Just for your information, from few days, I have seen posts where people say they have new and updated 5669 spousal form and even my lawyer’s assistant printed off so called updated 06-2019 IMM5669 form. But I think there is some confusion or checking wrong page for 5669 form because the updates form that they say from 06-2019 is actually old one and have no validate button on it, the form have old version with no electronic and hand written signature space, just hand written one!
So make sure to print off 11-2018 one only, because that is the one with validation and electronic and hand signature.

Oh wow! Thanks for the heads up. I actually looked at it earlier and noticed that it didn’t need to be validated and it doesn’t have an electronic signature. I’ll make sure to stick with the 11-2018 form then. Thanks again!

Good catch. Also something i noticed on a twitter reply was that ircc accepts latest and one before the latest form as a rule. So at any given time, 2 versions of a form are acceptable unless forms have changed substantially.

The current timeline says about 45 days before we see the AOR's. I see some people receiving the PPR is less than 80 days, which is crazy fast. I hope we all make through it soon.
