Being a farmer is no criteria for not having an ITR. Though income through agriculture is non-taxable in India, one does need to file an ITR so that they are able to prove their income and assets in future. Having no ITR indicates that either you have undisclosed income, which is, of course, illegal, or that you don't generate any income. Having no tax liability does not dissolve one from the responsibility of filing a NIL tax return.

Your best bet would be to procure a loan from a bank that covers your tuition + boarding + daily expenses, the funds from the loan would be disclosed as legal funds and can be treated as proof of funds.

Yes I'm going to get a loan from bank but as my file is going into non sds category for that is it necessary to include ITR or i can replace it with other funds or movable or non movable assets ?

You need to be able to prove that you have $10,000 in GIC. How do you do that? By showing a bank statement. How do you prove that the funds you have in a bank account are legitimate or not? By showing an ITR (to prove that the funds are a saving) or by obtainining a loan from a bank or by selling a moveable/unmovable property that you legally owned.

No, you cannot replace funds with moveable or non-moveable assets. When we use the word "funds", we mean, liquid financial assets.

I'm going to get bank loan by selling the land that I legally have and which will cover all my expenses including gic and 1 year college fees but the actual issue is that I haven't IRT.
Please suggest and guide me what to do now.

See, you don't have an ITR and you can't get an ITR immediately. July 31 is the last date to file personal ITR or ITR with non-audit cases, either you can file one for FY 18-19 and submit that one or don't submit one.

Since you are taking a loan, you should be good. Just provide the bank statement with enough funds along with a copy of the loan certificate.

You don't get a loan from the bank by selling of your property, you get a loan by keeping your property as collateral with the bank to get a loan.

Thank you for the information but the chances of getting visa (for ontario) may decrease or what ?

Can't tell. But, make sure that you carry all proof of funds with you. You don't have an ITR, there is nothing we can do in such case, can we?
Can no ITR make a trouble for visa approval ? Although I've completed diploma with 7.57 cgpa and I'm going to do undergraduate program and I already told my ielts band score.
