I gathered all documents they stated there and I sent it through CASE Enquires online and also attached the documents there. So my question that, is that okay for me sending it via online method?? And also I did my medicals since 7th of June and today is 17th. When I check on ECAS its still stating that medicals is requestrd. So I decided to call the clinic to ask, and I was informed that the medical result was sent to the embassy 15th June 2019. But yet it hasn't reflect yet on ECAS. So am just wondering what's going on. I hope I am on the right track.

Medicals takes 3/4days to be uploaded on gckey after the hospital sends it. Give it time. You can still send the documents requested via gckey if you have gckey account.

We got the exact same letter with the exact wording. We only submitted our passport, and the passport photos. We also attached a note that said 'there is no new family information and filled out the last page of the letter with height, eye color etc. We submitted ours last Friday.
The letter said submit police clearance and medical if they had 'specifically requested it. So basically they would have another paragraph with the specific request but I believe you already sent police clearance with your application. So you dont need to send another one. Just write NA in the little box beside the paragraph and you will be good to go.

Urgent! !!
Please guys help me out with this, I just got passport request and they need me to provide the following
1: Updated family information IMM008
2: Passport
3: passport photo
4: Medical exam and police clearance

Now the problem is that my police clearance for Nigeria is not here but my wife is mailing it today and my medical results i didn't collect it due to time and my flight was same day. But there is a statement on the letter that is quite confusing .

"MEDICAL EXAMS AND POLICE CLEARANCES: This is relevant only if specifically requested
and not already provided. If you must provide these documents, be sure to complete your medical exams
and submit your police clearances either AT THE SAME TIME or BEFORE you submit your passport."

Please does of us who have been here should enlighten me how they did there's thanks.

Congrats!
We have received a mail saying passport has been despatched from AVO yesterday. Please are to expect another mail from VAC/VFS Nigeria saying it's ready for collection before going to pick it up? Secondly, as we don't live in Lagos or Abuja and didn't request DHL delivery, can we send the person who dropped the passport at the VAC with a signed consent letter to pick it for us?

This was the last email I got from the visa office regarding documents I need to provide. And this email was sent to me the same day I was requested to do medicals. I already recieved pre arrival since May15th. So my question is. Does this mean I have to send them my passport togrther with this documents, or I jusy have to send the documents listed there alone.? Because I already uploaded this documents stated there, I already submitted it on CASE ENQUIRES ACCRA. So pls jusy to confirm. Does this message means I have to send them this papers including my passport or just this alone. Becsuse when I checked on ECAS, it shows that medical has been recieved. So I am a bit confuse and I don't wanna make any mistake or delay. I will be glad if someone can enlighten me.

Open a GCkey and submit your documents there. It's the surest way or send them hard copy by DHL to AVO. This will only take you a few minutes and save you all these heartaches. I do not think this is a passport request. If it was, they'd clearly say so.
