I am surprised by your statement that you find novice applicants more apt at responding to your questions than a licensed lawyer. Don't expect professionals to answer to your questions without you signing up or paying for their professional services.

Nevertheless, you can apply for CEC from anywhere, you don't have to be in Canada. You need to meet the CEC eligibility requirements to apply.

It is plain and simple.
Thanks and trust me, I was surprised too with my findings. Only that it costs me several thousands of dollars already to find out and Vancouver life doesn't quite allow me that kind of luxury.

The amount of useful info I found from reading the internet and talking to people who applied have been far surpassed the value I received from professionals. Not saying that they were not good, but the law practitioners are great for interpreting the law but not necessarily at administrative and procedures. This kind of knowledge comes from first-hand experience, which is why this forum is so great.

Much appreciated.

Did anyone see the ITA score this time round too, it was 465, and it's been just 2 weeks, can predict it won't go down in a few months.

Hello all, I have got ADR to submit updated form IMM5669e along with parents information. I was having tough time to get the exact dates that I mentioned in the address history while submitting the form. (I have stayed in multiple working hostels and at the time of submission, i gave the dates to the best of my knowledge). I am really worrying as I have only 2 days to submit application. If there is any mismatch in the dates in address history, will it cause the rejection of my PR ?

Can someone please help if there is a way tocheck the submitted address history?

same situation for me. not found a way to revisit submitted address history.
stayed in some places in africa where you have one address on the water bill; another on the main door to the street; and totally another one if you ask a taxi to go there: all for the same exact location. to complicate further, english doesn't work in the areas i stayed in. i ended up requesting a friend to visit the address and submitted information as printed on the main door. gave google maps coordinates of the location to IRCC in the address field too. submitted 5669 on 14th june. i've no idea how this will be analysed by them, but i hope for the best.

following your profile to see how it ends up for you too.

U could also write an LOE informing that you may have interchanged dates with the address as you have stated in multiple hostels.pls what do you mean by parent information

To view the forms you submitted in your application, there's a trick that's been mentioned on this forum a few times. Go to your application page and there's a link called "view submitted application" (or similar). This link will lead you to the list of documents you attached to your application.

Then, in the address bar of your browser, you should modify the URL, by replacing documentsToSubmit.do with applicationChecklist.do and hit enter.

thanks, this is very useful. using this, i've realized that there is a mismatch in my address history submitted earlier; and during ADR 5669. could you suggest what to do? an LOE for the ADR!?

Hi guys

I am one of the silent observers. I am happy to inform that I have received the golden email. Thank you so much for the help and guidance you guys offered.

AOR : Dec 23rd

Primary applicant is my husband.

I need a help though.

I have secured admission in Lakehead University and I am leaving this September but my husband is planning to start by October end. Will I be able to enter Canada alone or should I go with him only?

As a dependent applicant, you can either land with your husband or after he has landed (but before expiry of your COPR).

Thank you . Is it possible for me to process Student Visa inspite of having my PR? Because it is difficult for him to leave before Aug 22nd.
