Hello if someone can help me. I just got my PR and I came back from Canada with a intention to settle there permenantlt in 1.5 years because I want to earn some money to build my bank balance and as soon as I go to Canada i initiate the process for super visa for my mom and dad.

I want to know can my bank balance considered as a proof for financially supporting my parents or I need to have a job with a salary exceeding the LICO. I. Case of later I guess I have to wait till the end of tax year to demonstrate my salary is high enough to take care of my parents

It's the latter. You need a job in Canada. Bank balance will not be accepted.

Would also add that supervisa is still a visitor program. Your parents can not permanently move to Canada. They can visit for longer periods of time. Your parents will only have emergency health coverage. If they get sick they will be asked to return home once stabilized and you will have to pay for regular doctors appointments and prescriptions.

So difficult unfortunately. Parents may be one of the reasons that that I won’t be able to fulfill my RO.
