Proof of funds and amount in CEC

I have read that proof of funds are not required in CEC.

When I created my profile, I entered an amount( under FSW ) but I got ITA under CEC. Can I update the amount and put it as 0 with a letter of explanation?

Or do I keep the amount as it is and prepare a proof of funds?

It doesn't matter.

If you leave the amount submit a letter under the POF placeholder stating you're a CEC applicant.

If you select 0 submit the same letter in the LOE placeholder.

hi, i am in the same situation, do you just advice to keep the amount i entered too in tha amont and add a loe in the POF tab? i think it would be better than to change it to 0$ right?

Yes, I changed mine to "0" and it did not ask me to upload a proof no more.
