Hi, I have a bachelors (2010) and masters in engineering (2015).
I have 2+ years of experience after bachelors in engineering sector, then I completed my masters in 2015, and now I'm working as secondary school teacher since Jan 2017.

I'm confused if my work experience for express entry would be combined (which is about 4 years) or it would only be in the current occupation which is school teaching (which 1.5 years)?

For CRS purpose, they can be combined.
For eligibility purpose, assuming you are applying under FSW, only one counts, which is the primary NOC you need to choose between the two.

But in CRS tool, it says:
"In the last 10 years, how many total years of foreign skilled work experience do you have?
It must have been paid, full-time (or an equal amount in part-time), and in only one occupation (NOC skill type 0, A or B)."

Doesn't it mean that even for CRS, the experience should only be in one occupation?

I’m assuming you would be applying under engineering so that would be the primary NOC. Both however counts for overall points (skills transferability).
I believe Contactfront was alluding to using one NOC as well.

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Both NOC's count for CRS purposes for you to claim 3 years of work experience as long as they are skill type 0, A or B.
