Related to CRS score increase of 50 points

Hi, My husband is working in Canada for last 2 yrs with a closed WP (LMIA exempted) which will expire in this Aug..However, he has applied for extension of WP and received a letter from his employer with the confirmation of the application of another 24 months extension. My husband's current CRS score is 423. Will he be eligible to get 50 extra points if he shows this letter in CIC profile? As per the letter of confirmation, he will get the extended WP within 80 working days..

Kindly help and suggest.

If his employer is named on work permit (closed) and he has worked for the same employer for at least a year, then yes, he should be eligible for the points for a valid job offer, given that it is for 2 years...

The closed WP (existing) his Employer's name mentioned on it..For the extension of the WP (existing WP expiring on 22nd Aug), he has received one offering letter from his employer mentioning 24months duration of the extension and his detailed skill sets. We suppose this letter has also been sent to Canada Govt from the Employer for the extension of WP. My husband also received one acceptance receipt of the application letter from Canada Govt mentioning application submission date as of 10th June 2019.

Please suggest whether this offering letter (from the employer) can be shown to get the extra 50 points. [NOC category: A; LMIA exempted]

Also can we click 'YES' on the below option in the CIC profile under additional point:

" Do you have a valid job offer in Canada (LMIA job offer) "

Please help..Asking again coz we need to be very sure before attaching this since we do not want to be in any risk of cancelling the profile for any wrong information.
