Acceptance or rejection

Hi, please I am confused I applied for a visit visa and after a month I got my passport back but no stamp and the only thing I got is a small white paper telling me to email them with the email on the paper with the subject, final Decision Not recieved and I did that but I haven’t gotten any mail from them, please what Can I do

It's normally a rejection. Sorry for that.

Thanks for the response, but why didn't they tell me the reason for rejection? Atleast i need to know why i was rejected. Just so i can work better on myself.

You should get a rejection letter soon, also link your application online maybe its there already.
