Does primary noc have to be my current job

Hi guys

I worked as a for 4 years from 2007-2011 under noc 1241 but now I am in noc 1211. Am I able to make my first noc my primary noc?

Yes. You could be even unemployed now as long as you can show that you have experience in the last 10 years. But you have to mention your current job in personal history section.
