Time to apply for permanent residence under canadian experience class

Hello,

Currently i have 389 points for CRS score and i am planning to take ielts test again and take another year of experience. I was graduated in August 2017, is there any time limitation that we have to apply for PR under CEC with in 2 years of graduation.

No, there's no such limitation.

You need to have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the three years prior to applying, but it's got nothing to do with your graduation date.

while it has nothing to do with your graduation date and just 1 year of work experience, apply within time limit of your legal status documents so you are not in implied status after you have applied. good luck!
