Foreign experience for PR

I received my ITA and now I have to submit all the required documents. My question is regarding a foreign work experience I worked for between 2011 and 2013. The company is dissolved as of today and I only have experience letter which states my position and the date I started my job. It does not contain a job description. Can I still claim this experience? and is it possible not to claim this experience under work experience but mention this under my personal history?

Please note I have another foreign experience from 2014 to 2015 where I can produce the required documents.

Thank you for your input!

Will putting the first job under Personal History reduce your points under the ITA cut-off? If it won't then go ahead and put in in Personal History. You won't get points for anything under personal history.

If you can show 3+ years of work history with your other jobs, your points will not be affected.

You can try, but there is a strong possibility that IRCC will exclude it. Without the job description, IRCC cannot verify your NOC. If you have any alternative documentation, you can write a letter of explanation and provide as much proof as you can (a letter from a former boss, colleague, client; an old job description).

and is it possible not to claim this experience under work experience but mention this under my personal history?
Yes, of course. But you will not receive any points for it.

Thank you for your input! If i get rid of that experience my points do not go below the ITA-cut off range.

I will try to get as much information as I can but the chances are very low. If I cannot I will not claim this experience and go that route.

I got my ITA for a profile where I claimed this experience. Can I ammend the experience for the existing profile or do I need to withdraw this and create a new one from scratch?

You can amend it as long as it does not:

1. Make you ineligible for FSW ( say removing it drops you below the 1 year of full time work requirement)
2. Reduces your points below the ITA cut-off.

If both 1 & 2 are false, you can amend your existing profile.

Got it. Thanks a lot for the response!
