BOWP: I have not submit yet, because I heard you need to pass the first step of PR application, otherwise they will refuse and not refund you. Anyone knows when is the best time to apply BOWP?
My work permit will expired on July 1, 2019.

Heard you can apply once you get AOR

they will hold your BOWP until your R10 is passed

Most of the times, Inland applicants are not asked for Biometrics. But, there are exceptions.

If there is a request an Inland applicant will need to go out of Canada to complete biometrics. It is not an easy to do sometimes.

I don't think we need to go out of Canada to complete biometrics, once we get the CIC 's request we will do it inland (of course assuming that we applied and are staying inland)

For biometrics, you have to cross the border. Or I think you can do flagpoling.

Most likely not, I guess a factor is how long you've been in Canada for before applying and your country of origin.
