Prra and work permit

Hello everyone!! Hope you all are doing well. A friend of mine had applied for prra in February.. but on 31st March his work permit expired, he applied for new work permit in same month but still didn't received anything. He is very tense as his sin is expired as well. Please what you guys think is he going to receive new work permit or if he's been declined..

I think it’s take 3 months to get work permit. But I m not sure

I have one question, I also applied for PRRA. My documents submitted last date is tomorrow. But my lawyer he said if counsellor submit documents behalf of client they get extra 2 day for submit all the supporting documents. Is that true

I don't know.. but i think you're suppose to submit documents within date.
May be experts in group can help you out.. best of luck!! I know how hard it is..

Hallo everyone
can you apply for work permit with prra, im a failed refugee claimant , I also have acknowledgment of receipt for H&C . Can I use any of these for renewal of permit. My permit expired as well

Yes, you can apply work permit with prra.. but my friend didn't received it yet.. i think its almost 2 months.. his sin is expired as well.. they are very tense... he doesn't know who to contact or what to do.. i wish everything settle down for him and for everyone. M
