well tried googling and-was unable to find any information go get a immigration lower and ask them.t hey-might have more info that would better hel you. and also depending on how lon you and this person has been together if you get married and then apply in the us for green card it might be found upon and you would most like have to withdraw your claim for refugee in canada and be subjected to removal.

When did you apply for permanent residence?
Has your refugee claim been actually decided?

If your boyfriend a United States citizen then he would be able to unite with you in the USA possibly, if your refugee claim has been decided positively, but US immigration rules are something he should explore.

From your name u are naija, ill advice you wait for your refugee decision and at the same time ,he can apply to sponsor you. Which ever comes first.
