Transit Visa please help

I recently got CoPR and i am thinking about moving to canada coming august .the thing is when i tried to book my tickets online through Lufthansa with a layover in frankfurt on the way to toronto .It says that you may need transit visa that too just for a brief stopover of less than 2 hours .can anyone please clarify

If one of the following conditions applies to you, you WILL NOT require an airport transit visa when transiting through one German or Austrian airport:
- you hold a valid Canadian Permanent Resident Card
- you hold a valid Canadian visa
- you leave Canada after having used a Canadian visa
